Floor Inspection
Before beginning the process, we perform a detailed inspection of the floor to determine the general condition of the wood, and assess any damage, scratches, or worn areas; this step is critical to understanding the level of sanding required and defining which areas specific repairs.
Preparation of the Room
Before we begin sanding, we prepare the room by removing furniture, protecting it from dust, and keeping the room organized during and after the process.
Initial Sanding

Finish sanding
